We have been here for a few months. Maintenance has always had a quick response time whenever we had any issues. Super Friendly staff. Excellent location!! We love our view of the bay from our apartment and also from the common areas on the first floor. Overall highly recommend!
As a traveling nurse this is one of the more expensive places I have stayed, but I have never felt unsafe which was one of my big concerns moving to a city like Baltimore. The trash concierge is a nice touch and the complex is well kept most of the time. I understand the leasing company can’t be held responsible for inconsiderate tenants. That being said I wouldn’t recommend this for short term housing, but it has a very homey feel and would be a good option for someone looking long term.
I’ve been living at Union Wharf for two years now. The staff is wonderful. Any issues I’ve needed fixed in my apartment are done within 24-48 hours. We have signed another year lease as well! We love it here.
Just moved here in June. So far has been a great experience. Wonderful amenities, clean, and they even have monthly events that are fun. Maintenance is quick and responsive. Overall I feel very safe here and am very happy with the location and building services
Too many problems the past couple of years - not worth the cost. Especially with three brand new buildings opening within about a mile. The management group should have done more to keep current residents comfortable and staying on. You can talk to the leasing agents and management 'till you're blue in the face, but they just spout off cliché lines and don't really do anything to help. They monetized the garage and don't own it anymore - so the management takes your money, then washes their hands of all problems. Only good thing they have going is that there's at least a swipe-in / fob gate to get to the resident area. Otherwise the "premium parking" public 1st and 2nd floors are terrible - guests often get tickets even when you use the codes the building provides. Then you have to waste time proving they paid to park there. This building has a pet problem. They cater hard to "pet parents" who believe they're saving the world by adopting a dog and ignoring it at home. Be ready for some "pet surprises" in the hallway every morning. And be ready to hear rufus in the background of every dinner. Just ridiculous. What happened to this lovely building? It deteriorated and brought on a losing management strategy.
We’ve been living here for a couple years and really enjoy our apartment overlooking the water. The location is awesome and the unit is spacious and mostly quiet. A big highlight is the pool. They do cute things for residents like send us a Starbucks gift card every year and give out free stuff every so often. They had a pop up plant store in the lobby once. I love how dog friendly it is here and the maintenance crew is quick to respond to our requests. Common area stuff doesn’t get fixed that quickly, like the trash chute on our floor seems to be perpetually broken, and the parking gate was broken for quite a while before it got repaired. It is quite expensive to live here after all other fees are added on. But otherwise, we love the convenience of living here and our view is phenomenal.
Tyler the leasing agent was excellent! He left no stone unturned when it came to explaining the amenities of what the property had to offer, down to the square ft of each units. “Wish myself as well as my husband would’ve done a Tour of The Union Wharf Apartments before renewing our lease for another year at our current property” or else, we would’ve been singing the dotted lines here. Sincerely Your Future Residents! Be Blessed!
We recently moved in to Union Wharf a few months ago and it has been a great experience so far! The neighborhood is excellent, the amenities are great, the management communicates effectively, and you can't beat the view of the water!
I have lived at Union Wharf for over a year and recently elected to renew my lease. The building is well-maintained and in the best location in Baltimore. The management team is kind, professional and attentive. Tyler in the leasing office is particularly helpful and has been great to work with. I would recommend leasing in this building or from the Bozzuto team to anyone!
The Union Wharf is in a great location in Fells Point. The staff/maintenance is responsive for requests and inquiries. The cleaning staff keeps the halls and the community rooms clean. The gym is better than most apartment style fitness facilities.
