My husband and I had used Robert every since relocating to Atlanta. Even after purchasing our new home three years ago, we had him do an initial setup and called him back to setup our Sonos sound equipment. However, when we went from cable to streaming service, our TV began malfunctioning. Since I removed the cable equipment, I thought I might have messed up the connection configuration. I made several attempts to contact Robert, but he never responded to texts or vm. We finally had the Geek Squad out and learned the TV’s network card needed replacing. I realize that’s probably something outside of Robert’s capability. However, I’m very disappointed in that he never responded. I thought we had a good relationship. I gave him two stars because of past good work. But now I realize the potential downfall related to working with a sole individual.

I was calling to check on prices, but then I came across of this add: Unique Entertainment of Atlanta, so I decided to call and get an estimate. This guy quote me over the phone, and I couldn't believe his price. I set up and appointment, and he showed up right on time. I couldn't believe the great job he did! Robert is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He installed the TV on my living room, and I have received A LOT on compliments! Robert got the job done in a very professional manner, and I was very pleased with the service. He knows what he is doing!!!!!!!! I have recommended him to all of my friends and no complains at all. Don't pay attention to the other bad reviews, if you need your TV installed, Robert is the guy!

Flawless experience. Getting an appointment was easy. Robert arrived at the scheduled time and mounted our tv above the fire place. His work was super neat and looks awesome. I recommend him!

I highly recommend Unique Entertainment! Robert was great; professional and friendly. I called and he came out the next day. He installed our 50 inch t.v. above the fireplace, mount and cables included for $175. I'm a savvy shopper and you can't beat that price, especially for the quality of work.

Great service, great work and very friendly. They were more than willing to come any time I was available.The price of $150 was more than worth it. They mounted the TV, added a power outlet and made sure everything worked before they left. The normal mounting is $100 without the new outlet. It took about 1 1/2 hours for the install. Great value by a highly competent person. Did a great install job with no gotcha extra costs. Very satisfied with his work and would definitely engage again as well as recommend Unique Entertainment to friends, Family and all others. He unpacked mounted and plugged in all components after arriving on time. He they cleaned up all the wiring that could hang down. Great service!

Robert and Unique Entertainment Atlanta did a great job installing my flat screen tv above my fireplace. Robert's work was precise, professional, and very reasonably priced. He gave me a quote over the phone and that is exactly what he charged; there were no hidden fees or surprises. Bottom line...highly recommend!

Robert is a genuinely nice guy and does excellent work. I recently bought a house wired a whole house sound system but there were wires everywhere and I had no idea what I needed to get it set up. Robert came out and looked at everything and helped me order what I needed to get a great sounding system while picking out very cost effective equipment. When all the equipment arrived he came and installed everything at a very reasonable cost. Then when we wanted a few things wired a little differently he promptly came out and fixed that too. The system sounds great and we couldn't be more pleased. If you need TV's hung, or any home theatre/audio system installation I would highly recommend this business.

Unique Entertainment did a great job hanging my tv. Robert came out the day after my call and was on time! He got it hung on plaster and brick which i thought my pose a challenge. he was very clean and friendly! I would recommend to anyone!

Excellent Value and Quality. They mounted my TV for 100.00 as advertised, and had extra parts, in stock, that I had not thought of. I will be using them again when I finish my basement and would reccommend them to anyone needing any TVs or theater work done. Robert was very professional and also took the time to show me how to use my remote controls. that was a huge plus for me.
