The shop ordered a replacement display assembly from a parts vendor. However, installing a new display didn't fix the issues that had presented as display-only. Even though the parts seller refunded the shop for a returned display, and I left with a laptop that still had something else besides the display damaged probably near-microscopic connector, or more expensive, not contained within the display assembly, I would still come back to this shop for repair needs. I would also recommend this shop to others. Come in and learn more about your laptop's repairability.

UniTech fixed a broken A/C jack on a company laptop for us recently and we were very pleased. Moussa shows and explains what's going on and is very informative. He was able to fix the broken part within 48 hours for us, including ordering a part! We will definitely go back when the need arises.

This is the place to go. Forget Geek Squad. Mousa diagnosed my laptop very quickly as I was standing there. It was irretrievably dead, and I was freaking out since I didn't have a recent backup. No matter -- he know how to transfer everything and gave me a backup as well. I was back up and running within hours. After Best Buy told me it would be days since I didn't have an appt. Plus Mousa is a very decent person. Support local businesses -- especially the great ones! Thanks Mousa!!

I had a sticky key on my laptop. I went into the shop and the owner looked at my laptop right away. Turned out I needed a new keyboard.
