They were so helpful to me! I had a orthopedic boot on my right foot and from my 1st flight home to my last they helped me board and had a wheelchair waiting for me and took me to my next gate. They were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend and fly with them again!

I was travelling with my four kiddo's. The studious were very polite and helpful.

The ladies working today at the check in counter were rockstars!! SFO flight cancelled due to weather but they managed to rebook me after trying to get me scheduled onto another carrier even though they didn't have to! 5 stars!

It was okay but the planed were small and packed.

They wanted to charge me for baggage even though the terms of my United credit card state that myself a one other get 1free bag each

Customer service needs to be retooled. Felt like a number instead of a person.
