United Artists Staten Island 16 & RPX

We come to this theater about 3-5 times a month. Almost every time halfway through the movie a group of teenagers wanders in and proceeds to make phone calls and talk through the rest of the film. Absolutely 0 security at this theater, people roam freely in and out. Completely ruins movies. They need to have someone standing in front of each wing of screening rooms, at least that would stop SOME of the wandering packs of teens and keep them to one side. Time to find a new movie spot.

It's a good size theater. Plenty of parking, and bathrooms. Good concession stand. Clean seats and floors. But if you have mobility issues and need to sit before the movie; your outta luck. There's no seating in the lobby.

It's fine. I mean, it's a movie theater. It's pretty much what you'd expect. It's not gross or anything, and the floors are only sticky sometimes. The patrons think they don't need to clean up after themselves, but that's more of a customer issue than an employee issue.

**EDIT 05/09 : My original review holds true. I asked for a Spicy chicken sandwich with pepperjack cheese, I got a cold burger without any cheese, pickles or any dressing! Just a blob of chicken between two buns. How hard it is to make a burger! Seriously! The manager there was so unprofessional. She doesn't even know how to talk with a customer. I ordered a burger/fries combo, they tell me we don't have fries. I ordered a pizza combo, they let me wait for 10 min and come back and tell me there's no cheese pizza. I asked them to refund and I left the drink on one side of the order area. The manager shows me an attitude and gives me half refund. I told her I asked for full refund, she said I need the drink right here. I said I'm not telling you I'm taking the drink and I haven't even drank a sip of the drink in 10 min, you can have it, it's right on you left side where you pick up orders, she said no, get out of line and bring me the drink. They really do not know what being professional in a customer service is. If you're a manager of the food area, behave in a certain manner or find some other job. I would rather choose AMC or other theater on Arthur Kill road than the disgusting customer service that Regal allows here from their staff.

My favorite movie theater on the Island. Offers a lot of Showtime and options. The movie theater has all upgraded sound and projectors so the movies are definitely worth watching. Also during the weekdays it's not as busy, so if you enjoy some peace and quiet then during the week is the best to go.
