I went there on Friday to buy me a new wig. I like to wear wigs. They have a good selection. They have very reasonable prices. That have all the hair products that you need all the hair that you need. I really love this place. Also, the staffing is very friendly.

This store W Camelback may be friendly, I felt uncomfortable the entire time I was there. The store is tight/small and doesn't match inventory from the W Bell location. The other store on W Bell has more and had what I was looking for. They also made me feel at home.

I actually live by another location but drove after calling about a specific length and color mix. I spoke to a woman I didn’t catch her name and drove 40 minutes. She had them ready for me and they were perfect. Great and quick service. I would highly recommend.Service: Hair extensions

I have to say I love this place and the huge number of high quality wigs. Great prices! Great selection, great service. Thanks to you guys and the number of wigs my wife has purchased from you. I've managed to date a new woman every single night for the past 2 years.

I recently purchased hair from here the packaging the hair was in looked old and dirty when I asked for other options the man helping made me feel like it was a inconvenience. the worst part is the hair literally shed so bad it only lasted a week I know all hair has some shedding I’ve been wearing hair extensions for 10 yrs and have never experienced this much shedding -ever literally hair balls that completely covered my brush and whenever I touched it hair came out just not normal shedding this has nothing to do with the store or their other products but just wanted to give a fyi on this specific brand I got the 24inch 1b remy hair.Service: Hair extensions

Today my girlfriend and I we're next door to this place paying our phone bill when my girlfriend decided that she wanted to check the place out because it was close to home and see if this was a new place where she might like to shop. In under a minute the store owner approached her and started in with accusations and insults. All of which were untrue and unprovoked. He did she was sketchy and he didn't want scumbags in his store. She came in metro pcs crying. My gifriend is a caregiver for disabled kids and has never been In trouble with the law. When I went to try to talk with the owner he tried to assult me but I kept my distance. I will be contacting a lawyer. I'm writing this review because I would hate to see somebody get hurt by this guy. So please shop somewhere else. If this has happened to anyone else I hope you will come forward

This store had most of what I needed. Not a large variety tho...so if you need an item you pretty much have to buy what they have or go somewhere else Not much 'help' as far as customer service. Asked for assistance on several occasions - not much given. Staff not at all familiar with products they carry, how to use them or which are most popular with their customers Not the cleanest environment. Dimly lit as well. Definitely not the best organizational layout Staff often ignore customers - unless they are 'watching you'. They are often loud & boisterous...among themselves Not my fav location - but they do in a pinch *Store was run a little 'tighter' when owner was present

This guy gave very much “hurry up and buy” vibes and was very rude to the point I literally said I will not be spending my hard earned money with somebody who clearly does not like me because of my skin. It could all be so simple if you stop moving into neighborhoods of people you do not like. Stick to what and who you know and like.

Was followed through the very small and dark store. Guy behind the counter was condescending with no knowledge of what is on the selves. Rude, very small selection and over priced. Drive a mile and get better service with a bigger selection Stop spending your money where you don't feel welcome!!!

Only went in for one thing, however I have been going to the beauty supply store for awhile and they are always reasonable so not a bad place to shop they are a lil bit messy and that's only bc they have a big supply of things you might want and need like wigs, weaves and a ton of hair supplies so go check them out and see for yourself !!!
