United Club

Some dude at the counter, Hispanic with his ears pierced - a little flamboyant - massive a hole. Ended up being able to Bypass him. I was able to make contact with a different employee and one of his fellow co workers - black female with reddish tint hair - was absolutely amazing. She saved y’all from losing a customer. It’s not everyday you find someone willing to pick up the slack when their co workers are lacking in customer service. Almost 5 stars if it wasn’t for homey throwing a hissy fit

Small, but the staff are very attentive and it's kind of nice to have to squeeze in around the tables for laptops. Everyone has been friendly at this club the last 4x I've been here in the last month or so.

The front desk ladies this morning at 5:30 am on 6/30/19, are so nice. It's muggy inside this lounge, but the ladies suggested sitting near the 2 internal air conditioning units. That was appreciated, since it was cooler by them. The lounge is small , but it's clean and not busy this early in the am.

A relatively small but nice club at ORD. Food and drinks were excellent. Had scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, and bread assortment. A pleasure to relax and refresh in.

Good place for relaxing and having snacks and coffee before you take a flight!! This is a little small place but I think the seats and tables are enough to accommodate guests. The foods are just some fruits, yogurt, cookies and breads. And some juices and coffee. You can use WiFi and bathroom inside. You need a little walk to get to gates for United airline and other star alliance member. But no worries!! You can enjoy good time for your travel!! Enjoy!!

Nice service at the bar with really nice views of the ramp! They also help announce other flights that arnt united. Though, they are star alliance carriers...

Outstanding! A welcome oasis from the hectic airport environment. We had a long layover in Philadelphia and the Club provided peace and quiet, recharging our personal and device batteries. The snacks are top shelf and were varied throughout the afternoon. Staff members ensured efficiency and cleanliness throughout the day. I highly recommend this place!

I helped my husband order a ticket of Flight from Philadelphia to Lincoln Sep 10, 2022. At Sep 10, 2022, when my husband entered Philadelphia Intl Airport with a small baggage with two small wheels, The check-in Staff told him that all baggage with wheels is not allowed to carry-on, and forced him to check his baggage in with extra cost of $35.00. Based on Baggage information and fee from UNITED website, his baggage belongs to carry-on baggage, not belongs to check-in baggage. The check-in Staff mislead and force him to check-in the baggage with his cost of $35.00. Recently the Biden Administration has new rules. The new rules would apply to extra charges such as baggage fees, change fees, and cancellation fees. Under the new proposed rule, customers searching online would see the fees the first time an airfare is displayed and potential fees for extras such as flight changes and baggage would also need to be shown immediately. The new rule would apply to flights inside the US and those that take off or land in the US. According the government's new rule, I believe the the United Airline the UA should refund us the $35 extra baggage charge. Please pay more attention for the extra charge as you travel, and you should know the government new rules for the airline tickets.

Club a bit small. But the service makes up for it. Worst part is the little bugs/insects flying all around the food. I would suggest a exterminator or something. At least keep the food covered.

I had a one time pass and a long layover so I visited again. Not much variety of food. I was however able to make a lunch. I wouldn't spend the money for the club.
