Very courteous sales people that don't try and push merchandise on you that you don't want. Very attentive and friendly as well.

My furniture was to be delivered at 3 it's almost 6. whenever I call he no one picks up. this is very unprofessional. Needs to work on communicating with customers better but the furniture is nice so far and the guys that delivered it were nice. Paid for them set up the furniture and they did a pretty good job.

Great quality furniture. Reasonable prices. Great customer service. Delivery wise there’s room for improvement when it comes to customer/dealer interactions when it comes to product delays. Some frustration could’ve been avoided with proper communication.

Orderd entire bedroom set everything was in stock but 1 peice my delivery date was set for 1 month after i ordered which is a pretty long time to have to wait just for a headboard. I called 2 days before delivery date for a delivery time was told I would be called to set up time never got a call back. On the day of delivery I called at 10 am back to back finally got a call back stating the tire had popped on the truck and they were waiting for road side. Called back a few hours later same thing and again a few more hours Eddie finally told me my delivery window was from 6-8pm even tho I was told at 10 am the tire popped on truck and they were waiting for road side. Finally at 7:47pm I got a call saying they would be here in 45mins and they showed up at about 930pm!!!! Delivery guys were cool and set up the bedroom set quick the quality of the bed frame and dressers are nice but ordered a pillow top mattress DEFINITELY isn't the same one I was promised at the store but isn't too bad. Terrible customer service from Eddie during delivery process with all the run around and All in all I would never recommend anyone to there.

Eddie is a great salesman! After visiting three furniture stores in Milwaukee, I was offered the best price for the bedroom set I’d been looking for. Payment and delivery was quick and easy. Couldn’t ask for a better first experience buying furniture! I will be back!

The bedroom set I ordered is very durable. Setup service was very professional and fast. I also received my furniture in a timely manner. I would definitely refer United Furniture for their quality funiture, professionalism and affordable pricing.

Eddie was such a great help, and flexible to my needs. His prices are very reasonable. I brought a item from a different store that was less expensive at his store I was upset. However he inform me he will always work with me and my future furniture needs. I will always shop with him because he is not over prices. Kudos to you Eddie

When I first visited and place my order the customer service was great. When it was time for my order to be delivered they forgot and then brought my sofa later that night. No one assembled my sofa, they called the following day stating someone would be out to assemble my sofa. NO SHOW... I'm still waiting... I posted this over a month ago and I'm still waiting for my furniture to be assembled.... NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
