As you may have read, I ride many miles a year on a bicycle. I ride right past the US Salad Co. on my many rides, I have encountered the Truck drivers for this company. If their Salad is as good as their employees. I would highly recommend them. I have had various drivers slow down for me , and it makes me feels like they care. This is a big deal! In my opinion a Company is only as good as their worst employee. The trucks may not realize by slowing down they hold back the “would be speeders” and it make my life literally Safer. THANK YOU
When I go into a job the first thing that I look for is the people. I'm a firm believer that no matter how hard a job can be, if the people are great the job is worth it. From the beginning during my interview the day shift Manager Jeff was straight forward had a sense of humor and very professional and made me feel at home. The HR department was very nice and professional and made sure that I had a complete understanding of everything that I was reading and filling out. My orientation was very informative. The safety manager was very kind and I forming, HR was as well. Ulisses did a great job on explaining everything I needed to know about the operations of the warehouse and the palletjacks/forklift. He let me get a hands on feel and with the pallet jack and answered all of my questions without a problem. This was a great first day and Im happy to be apart of the team.
If you drive Tractor Trailers for a living. And are delivering here as an outside carrier. Be prepared to be sitting all day. This place is slow. Bring some food and water. And pre plan a spot to park cause you are going to run out of hours. Heads up
Next day appointment unloading day before appointment “less then 30 mint to unload nice staff no overnight parking
A nice place to be. Check out my work. All done 100+ cases per hour
Its very bad experience Very poor service for unloading If you are on you on. time appointment they did not care and you easily wait their 8 hrs Of you came to office the lady speak Wait for call or i return your papers so keep patience bro
Had a bad experience with a lady at receiving. She was way rude . Tried to talk on asking a favor to stay in yard for 30 min but she while talking before even listening she just ran away ……. Treated bad ……
Had a 7am Wed delivery appt, that I was able to change to Tues 1pm. Arrived at 1240pm and was in a dock 10 minutes later ... were I sat for 8 hours, 8 hours before they knocked on my door to open the trailer doors to unload 8 skids, which took 10 minutes to unload. Thank F#@king Christ I was able to deliver on Tues because if I u loaded Wed it would have been all day and I wouldn't get any other deliveries done. No excuses, just plain horrible. Watched trucks back in unload and leave, but there i sat. Don't know what anyone else's experience will be like here but if I never delivery to this place again I could die a very happy man
I have been a customer for over three years now and do not plan on leaving any time soon. Do they occasionally have problems? Yes, but so does any other delivery company. The difference is that when there is an issue we reach out to our rep, Boots! He is amazing at his job and makes our issues his! When I have had to call in everyone is very nice and helpful. They have a very nice variety of goods and are usually very punctual with deliveries.
