The physicians are spectacular, their dietitian is great, but their Billing Specialists are HORRIBLE! They tell you in their classes/meetings that you need to be ready to bug the insurance company to get your paperwork pushed through since it supposably takes them awhile to approve/disapprove your requests. When in hindsight their Billing Specialists are the ones that you have to bug to get your paperwork pushed through. My husband has been waiting for almost a month for them to submit all of his paperwork to the insurance company. So be ready because I wanted to give you a heads-up . . . it's a slow process on their end, not necessarily your insurance company's.
