Thank you for your interest in Universal AC and Heat, Inc. Eric Macey has remained the owner and operator of Universal since the company's incorporation in 1987.

Story

Through our experience in the business, we have learned that with too many employees, you risk losing that personal touch. We are a small, family-owned and operated business that staffs two journeymen service mechanics, five installation mechanics, a dispatcher and a parts technician. Each of our employees actively contributes to the success of our business.

All of us at Universal know that without you, our clients, we would not have been able to prosper over the last 22 years. Most of our business is repeat and referral based. A referral list is available upon request.
