BEST NEUROLOGIST!!! I see Angelo for my appointments and he has been so supportive and helpful and understanding. He is the only PA that I will agree to see and I’ll wait whatever the time is to get an appointment to see him. His offices performed some testing on me and it revealed some results that I was not happy about but he explained EVERYTHING in a way that didn’t make me feel hopeless. He’s so understanding! I was in an appointment with my mom for her neurology needs and after he helped her he asked me how I’m doing and when I told him I was fine he knew that I was minimizing and I told him what was happening. This man grabbed my chart and saw me right then and there, that is something most doctors won’t do on their best days. He has been very detailed oriented on my care. I had brain surgery at 18 and at the moment I’m 24, I have had accidents and injuries since and this office has always been very involved and attentive in their care. If you require a neurologist, I HIGHLY recommend Universal Neurological Care.
My first appointment was today. Receptionist was very polite and barely a wait time. The atmosphere was pretty laid back. Angelo was the one I seen and he was really nice, takes his time doesn't make you feel like there's a rush. Answers any questions you may have. Very smart and professional! I have hope once again!
Amazing doctor, amazing staff, a team that will listen to you. This is one of the most caring neurological offices I’ve ever been to…and I’ve been to a lot. So thankful to find Dr. Asad and his team!
Terrific staff...very helpful. Dr. Amy Hessler provided tremendous help and spent a lot of time with me for diagnosis and plan of action. I have never met a doctor who was more thorough with the extra time she spent, research and efforts she has done for me. I highly recommend.
Dr. Asad and Ken Ryan are great. The providers here are knowledgeable on the latest research, think outside of the box, listen and believe my concerns, and do what they can to go out of their way to help me. Anyone with a need for a neurologist knows how hard it is to find providers who are personable, humble, and great at what they do.
I am very pleased with the time and thoroughness Mr. Robinson and Dr Asad took with in explaining our path moving forward. Also, The intake rep was nice and patient with me as I do get confused. The front desk were friendly and welcoming. I know I am in good hands being treated in this office.
Today was my 1st apt for both my son and I. This office and Dr Asad were so awesome. I have been to multiple neurologist in my time. This is the 1 doctor who I felt listened and cared. As well as the staff. I got really dizzy and nauseous with migraine while there. They turned out the lights and made me comfortable on the bed and did all the intake questions with my eyes closed. I needed up feeling much better because of that I was able to conduct my physical exam after my son was done with his. They didn’t judge me or discriminate against me at all. They were kind and very considerate to my needs. I will continue to drive the 45 mins to their office instead of the 5 mins to my closest neurologist 5 mins from me. Thank you Universal for being so awesome. This is quality care that others should mirror. Peace and blessings be with you all.
Outstanding Neurologist, and as a physician myself, and his patient for over a decade, his skill set and knowledge base is enormous- he is dual certified in Neurology and also in Nuclear Medicine and has an additional area of expertise in TBI- Traumatic Brain Injuries. He is honest, compassionate, and exceedingly meticulous. He is one of few where one feels unhurried and he is very careful about questions to lead to accurate diagnosis and treatment. You really could not find a better Neurologist, and being a physician, I have much to compare to in his field, and others as well. Lastly, I have never met a physician who I felt worked harder to help in the health and well being of other patients- something which is VERY rare as the age of electronic medical record taking has replaced the traditional note taking and patient interview system. You won't feel like a number and you will feel his genuine and sincere interest in determining your issues and what can be done- lastly, he also thinks "outside the box" and is one of few who will consider things that others will just not think about and in my experience, has always been very useful.
Dr Asad, and Dr Brown at Universal Neurological are amazing. 15 years ago Dr Asad found a brain tumor, and still following up routinely with MRI and medication. The portal, the staff, and the entire team are great at what they do. Courteous, friendly, and always go above and beyond. They are a very busy practice yet in spite of it they are all top notch. I highly recommend for all your Neurological needs.
Dr.Asad is pretty amazing upon my first meeting him I was impressed by his " bed side manner" He is very knowledgeable, yet you feel quite at ease with him. He has a fantastic energy! His staff is professional, polite and efficient ..Hooray! I really appreciate the prompt messaging regarding technical issues they were having and keeping me posted along the way to ensure it would not interfere with my up coming visit to the establishment. This demonstrates they are in one acord from logistics to Doctor. : D
