Friendly, attentive staff and not over bearing. Clean store. I was the only customer there at the time and each employee that came along asked if I had any questions or needed help.
I get patches sewn on here. Here's a good tip, go to where either police or military get their uniforms done so you will get the best service. Also the priceing tends to be better.
I just wanted to take some time to recognize great customer service. Prior to LE, I worked in retail and make it a point to return to retailers who employee great service. You guys have an amazing team! Thank you from Winslow PD.

Great Store. Clean, organized, easy to walk around and find things. Everything you can think of is there, at a great price. Attentive, friendly knowledgeable staff with no pressure. I'm not interested in any other type stores. This IS the place!
Nice people but if ordering anything they take forever took 3 months to get a duty belt and going on 7 weeks for a couple shirts I ordered
