I had an emergency in my basement on a late Friday night. I made several calls to all these so called 24/7 companies and none of them were available till the next morning. My situation couldn’t wait since my basement flood kept getting worse. I made one call to this company and the owner made his way to rectify the situation. I really appreciate the fact that he came to clear out the sewer and change the caps. Great service and HIGHLY recommend!

We were so glad to have called Harold. He was very professional and called in advance to let me know that he was on his way and confirmed with a follow up call once he arrived at the house. Upon arrival, he quickly went to work and had unclogged our sewer of roots in less than 30 minutes. His prices are very good, honest, and reasonable. After the job he even went above and beyond to help us dry up the work area. Harold was very professional and friendly. I called Universal Sewer and Drain LLC about a clogged sewer and within 30 minutes Harold was at my door. He had the issue fixed in less than 1 hour. Harold’s professionalism is top tier and I wouldn’t look else where the next time I have a plumbing problem!!

I received wonderful service. Harold came to my home the same day I called. He was quick, courteous and very professional. My sewer system was clogged and he was able to repair it right away at a very fair price. I would highly recommend. Lastly, I was given a piece of advice so I feel the need to pass it along. Flushable wipes, are NOT flushable!
