Universal Shine

The all around service is great. I use them for my apartment complex and the prices very per turn and cleaning but they do carpets and unit cleaning. If they only painted. Lol.

We own a property management company and we use Universal Shine to clean all carpets and house cleaning at our properties. We are so glad we found them. They are reasonably priced, respond quickly to questions and work orders, and they are detail-oriented. We have had issues with previous cleaning companies either overcharging for work, not performing work listed on an invoice, not doing a good job, or not showing up when they say they will. We have had zero issues with Universal Shine and highly recommend them.

I'm the Property Manager for Monroe Avenue Apartments and I absolutely love working with Universal Shine. They show up on the dates I schedule the work and do a fantastic job. Every time I visit an apartment while it's being cleaned, the workers are so busy detailing everything. Then they go above and beyond by sending pictures of the apartments before cleaning. This is very beneficial should we ever need proof during a court case or simply for record keeping purposes. I highly recommend Universal Shine and thank them for the hard work.

Universal Shine is very good about working with their customers. They communicate well, they send you photos before they've cleaned and allow you to see the after for yourself! They're willing to work with chaotic schedules and they are very willing to return if they missed something. I've worked with them for three years and I am very happy with them!
