Universal Uniforms is a distributor and manufacturer of police, security, and industrial uniforms.
Established in 1974, Universal Uniform provides the best in quality and value in uniforms and equipment to the police, fire, security, and transit markets. We own and operate two conveniently located retail stores in Northern New Jersey - one located in Newark and the other in Morristown. Our variety of experience and machinery allows us to manufacture from scratch any uniform piece the customer desires. We use that manufacturing capability to accommodate every shape and size of customer. We will make your uniform fit the way you want. We carry Elbeco, Blauer, 5.11, Bates, Spiewak, and many others well known and recognized brand products. We sell everything from boots to jackets, gun holsters to flashlights, custom uniforms to standard gear.
Our second location is in the business district of Morristown at 146 Speedwell Ave. We have been located there since 1981 at which time we acquired a previous uniform company (Shranks). This location has convenient access to NJ’s major highways of 287, 80, 78 & Route 10. We are also within walking distance of the Morristown train station and located on a major bus route (Route 202).
