I have had the pleasure of having 2 sons attend there Therapy day school at different times and I can honestly say what this program and wonderful staff have done for my family is amazing. They were and are extremely attentive to their individual needs. I came to them originally in 2016 with such distress and for the emotional state of my 1st son and yea miracles do a and did happen for him and in 2017-2018 when my other son needed help I chose to send him there and yea yet again, another miracle is happening thru there constant support and patience detailed specifically to his needs. I can't say enough but THANK YOU!

Honestly, UBHC needs to be shut down, like 10 years ago. I was inpatient there in 2016, and the idiot doctor misdiagnosed me and put me on Latuda, which Medicaid does not cover. She forced me to stay an extra two days for no reason even though I was voluntary and upped the dosage of the Latuda and then proceeded to discharge me high off it. This year, I was at the partial program for a month or so before I forced them to step me down. They changed the subject every time I reported suicidal ideations and Tahira Matthews accused me to my face of behavioral issues when I refused to sign the treatment plan that she put together behind my back. Mike Brown screamed at me in the hallway in front of other clients for no reason and refused to treat me fairly at all. I am considering getting an attorney at this point to discuss options for this.

RUN AWAY POWER MAD STAFF ABUSIVES YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. THEY ARE NOT GOING WITH DIAGNOSIS, ATTITUDE UPSETS THEM. WELL THEIR TORTURE TREATMENTS. TRY TO GET AWAY. THEY WILL FIND YOU LIKE YOU JUST COMMITTED A CRIME INSTEAD OF SEEKING MEDICAL SERVICES. PATHETIC, MY DAUGHTER SAID SHE WANTED TO DIE, TOOK HER THERE. OMG ENDLESS NIGHTMARE THE STAFF OR REALLY NAZIS HERE. I WANTED TO SEE WHERE MY CHILD WOULD BE TREATED AND HER BED AND BROUGHT A FEW THINGS FROM HER BED AT HOME TO MAKE HER MORE COMFORTABLE. NAZI'S SAY NO NO AND CAN'T GO ANY FURTHER. NAZI'S NO TREATMENT JUST PILLS UNTIL YOUR INSURANCE RUNS OUT AND YOU ARE NO BETTER

They really don't even deserve one star. It's more for the FEW employees that actually pretend to care. No one bothers to take the time to find out your issues, THEY decide what is wrong and what the treatment should be. I think that's rather funny since no one at Hoes Lane or the facility off Stelton road take ANY time to actually talk to you to find out what's going on. Technically you don't really need to be there since they are not treating YOU but some "ghost" patient. They should probably just treat fictitious patients, this way no on gets more screwed up than they already are. You get shuffled from one doctor/therapist to another and none of them have a clue. In short they don't want to be bothered and push you off on someone else. Why get educated to do this type of work if you don't want to do it? Seems rather senseless. All you hear from them is how busy they are. I've been suicidal in the past but try to overcome that feeling. I can tell you, when it finally does happen it will be partly their fault. And no, I'm not just looking for someone to blame, I have plenty of reasons. You try to hold on and try to go for help from people supposed to help you, but don't, and only make it worse ... it's kind of the ropes end, wouldn't you say?

Some of their rules need to be looked at. Like you can't have Caffeine soda but you can have non caffeine soda. That shouldn't be their choice. It should be the patient's choice. They won't allow you to use pens to write with but they do give you short pencils to write with. You can do more damage with the short pencil than you can with a click pen. If someone wants to hurt themselves while in their care it is very easy to do.
