I made an appointment 1 month and a half ago. I have been waiting for 2 hours 30 min. People on reception are nice. I have informed I have 17 months baby, I can’t wait more, because my baby is waiting me at home. It didn’t help me. I have just left

Great staff, great doctors, the waiting time has improved significantly

Wait times are ridiculous. I love my doctor but I’d make an appointment for 1:00pm and I won’t see her until 2:30pm. This is a constant thing. Seriously, considering switching doctors.

My doctor is the greatest. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend the office to everyone.

The staff here is wonderful. Very helpful and patient with you. They take the time out to work through things with you and assist you in anything you need.

If I could give them no stars I would, I called to Make an appointment and some lady was very rude, made me want to change my doctor all over, she seemed like she was having a horrible day. Oh well you guys just lost a patient. Blame the lady at the front desk who needs to be fired

Dr. Liverpool has been my doctor for many years. He is amazing. He takes the time to explain to his patients. The service here overall is great.

Daria the receptionist was very sweet, I had come in for a referral and she made the process virtually seamless. I would definitely come again, the entire staff was just a pleasure to deal with.
