We've been sending our child here for almost 3 years and we couldn't be happier. He's excited to go to school every day and they're always doing something fun and educational with the children. They eat well, play outside as often as they can, and they take great care of our son. The place is clean and the staff are always in a good mood. They bring in special guests and entertainers and have multiple family-oriented events every year. During COVID, they stayed open using good safety measures and I never feel like my son is in danger while at daycare. I honestly don't know where we'd be without University KinderCare. It's been a blessing.
My kids have gone to the University KinderCare for 6 years. Each time I drop them off, I know they will be well cared for. I know their minds will be engaged, they will receive good nutrition and plenty of love. Even on days that are hard for my kids to separate, whenever I pick them up, they have a smile on their faces and have had a great day. The staff at University KinderCare really care about the well being of my children and look forward to seeing them each day.
We have had a fantastic experience at this daycare center. We currently have 3 children there, and have been at the center for 4.5 years now. The staff is very engaged, with positive attitudes. The management team is fantastic! They are extremely responsive and communicate updates frequently. They plan great activities and keep the kids engaged all day. Our kids have learned a lot and have made wonderful friends. The curriculum is fantastic. Can't say enough good things about this center!
KinderCare's drop-in care is an absolute God-send! My 2-year-old son's father and I have a unique schedule between him, so full-time, and even strict part-time daycare isn't much of an option for us. He had been attending another daycare with drop-in care outside of the cities, which was going alright aside from the distance away from work/home. However, when I called them on this last Monday, they were unable to get him in, and weren't sure if they were staffed enough to get him in any time soon, and couldn't give me any answers as to when they would be able to. Meanwhile, this is two months after I have fully registered him, and he has been there for a few weeks and started to get comfortable. So there I was, without childcare, and frantic. I called KinderCare late that Monday afternoon, after reading about them online, I spoke with Kayla on the phone and she was extremely helpful, put me at ease about everything, and was able to get my son in the next day and for the rest of the week with no problems, in their Discovery Preschool area. They made it very easy to get him in on such short notice, and I felt extremely comfortable with my son going there. He enjoyed his time there, and the staff kept me very informed and welcomed to all of the goings-on while my son was in their care. I would recommend their drop-in care to anyone I know who is in need of childcare at a short notice. They made my entire week better. And I will now be sending my son there on a more regular basis.
We have had a terrific experience with the University KinderCare, starting when our son was 16 months all the way through to now as an almost-3 year old. The facility, the curriculum, the teachers -- all have been great. We are especially thankful for the flexibility & resources that KinderCare has provided during the COVID outbreak.
This is THE perfect place for our kids for daycare. The staff care about our kids so much. It makes being away from them during the day a little bit easier knowing that their teachers give them hugs and cuddles throughout the day as they play and learn. The staff is always looking for fun activities for the kids and even many extra ones for the parents and families too. The hours are great. The center is clean and organized. We are very satisfied!
We have both our boys here, and they both love it. The staff have been very professional and definitely love playing with and teaching kids. We switched our oldest here from another daycare, and the difference in his mood and excitement about going to daycare is really obvious. It's a bit on the expensive side, but the experience for our kids has been great so far.
