Don't go here unless you have government insurance, or cash. They DO NOT have reduced rates or any financial options other than PAY IN FULL. Horrible experiences, they promise full restorative dental health until you get to their NASTY, HORRIBLE financial dept persons. Also be prepared to have every HIPPA law broken and your dental health issues as well as all your financial issues BROADCASTED to everyone around without regard or the respect of patient.

We have been going here for years and have been extremely happy with the service provided, the professionalism of the staff, and billing. If you don't use insurance there is a discount, often making it cheaper than buying insurance. We also haven't had any issues billing our insurance.

I have been billed incorrectly every time I've gone here. It takes 5-7 MONTHS of arguing on the phone and across emails for the bill to get fixed. This means I have to pay the entire amount a large portion of which I don't owe, placing the risk of not being reimbursed on me rather than the service provider otherwise I would be assessed a late fee on top of everything. Seeing as the exact same mistake has occurred every single time, I can only assume they purposefully fill out the paperwork to insurance improperly they refuse to include the provider ID number, forcing an in-network visit to be charged as out of network to get significant amounts of money they aren't truly owed. I have also been told by the hygienist the past two visits that she thinks I have oral cancer, and then she walks me out, telling me to "keep an eye on it". If I do have oral cancer, I want a dentist that will take some action to help get me diagnose and treated. If I don't have oral cancer, I don't want to continually hear that some hygienist thinks I do. I will travel across states to go to a dentist over coming back here again.

You can't review them, as they will never give pick up your call to give an appointment. Pathetic service.
