Nice facility and even nearby parking - but you need to go inside and get a pass for your car for each visit.

The people in the reception area are fantastic. The clinicians in the neurosurgery clinic leave a lot to be desired. Erin Semler nurse practitioner in the pain clinic is an absolute saint!

Difficult to figure out the mechanics of checking in. Multiple waiting rooms, dirty bathroom. The clerk was quite rude to the woman behind me. My nurse was efficient and the physicians seemed more attentive and willing to work with me than previous visits. Was quite satisfied with professional staff. 4.5 stars to them.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Unresponsive Nurses. The people here have no idea what they're doing at all. I have had better service in California then here. It took a month for somebody to call my mom back after her visit. I would never recommend this place to anyone at all. Nobody knows nothing here at all.

Dr. Botros has always been amazing with our son! And the nurses there that work with him are amazing. They always take good care of us

Pediatric Neurology is a department that needs help. Years ago they cared about their patients and parents and now nobody returns calls or even helps a child get better. They have too many excuses but they won’t send your child to see another facility. Two months now and never a call back or when they call they give the run around and nobody takes responsibility. If I could I would give it a -100.

I've liked every doctor I've seen

Through the Good Will and Grace of God, I survived many hours of open, craniometry and mastoidectomy. The pre-surgical preparations were clear and understandable. All of the surgeons, staff, nurses and other assistive personnel were efficient, kind, compassionate and respectful. I would certainly refer others I know and if I should ever need more services I would definitely return to this hospital. Dr Lewis was knowledgeable and responsive to my needs.
