University Of Oregon Health Center

As an individual who was too poor to afford health insurance prior to college for most of my life, I lived in fear of going to the doctor, filling my prescriptions, or even visiting the ER because it probably meant I wasn't going to be able to eat and create more debt in my situation. I was overjoyed to point I started crying when I found I could have health insurance through the university with my financial aid and finally, be healthy for once in my life. I had a UO Health Plan for over 9 months and was expecting to have it for a full year because that's expected. Unfortunately, if the University is not offering the last class you need in your last term before you graduate, the options are waste a lot of your aid waiting for it to be offered or take it somewhere else, graduate on time and budget, BUT have your health insurance ripped away because of things beyond your control. The peace of mind I had of not worrying about my well-being has been replaced with panic again. However, everyone knows the only valued here is Athletics and not Academics otherwise, I'm sure they'd find somewhere in that budget enough to not raise tuition for who actually pay through loans.

I feel that they don't SCREW around make you wait,tell you what wrong.The best Hosital around here.
