Literally one of the worst introduction to biology sequences that has ever existed. They handed us out worksheets in every single lecture and just had us "figure" it out. Lazy professors who sit on their phones while the students fill out a worksheet are the reason for my loss of interest in this school. I will be transferring in the hopes I can find a University that actually teaches its students. If you are studying science, apply somewhere else.

For any Veterans with service-related college credits and any prior schooling that would give you incentive to transfer—don’t do it. UW’s image is all that matters, not you. To paraphrase, because I have so many erroneous credits from serving, they keep reassuring me that I won’t be accepted as a pre-major student, basically. They keep insisting that with so many credits, I need to go to community college to get the remaining prerequisites—all while saying none of my transferred credits meet the prerequisite requirements to begin with. Put simply, “go get an entire associates degree worth of credits somewhere else; we don’t want you here because having someone with a lot of credits that isn’t in a determined major makes us look bad.” I would be significantly less bitter had they not scammed me out of the application and transcript fees and told me that at my original visit.

Don't waste your time. Education here is a bunch of leftist brainwash. 3600 a quarter and that's not including books or living cost. Plus the financial aid office is run by scrooges.
They don't treat the people who attend this "school" as students, they treat them as customers.

Knock-off Seattle campus. Limited food/coffee options, even more limited parking. Cool teachers/staff though. Also has a sweet wetlands restoration going on.
