The staff were incredibly rude except for Amber who left. There were fees to use the elevator anytime you want to move furniture and it was a hassle to move in/out. The water would frequently be shut off. One of the elevators did not work. I would not recommend, there are much better places to live nears the JHU campus.
A fantastic location, well maintained with great and friendly staff. 24 hour manned desk.
Some occupants are not friendly to drivers
Signed a lease back in November for my daughter and I have been trying to get a hold of someone at the office and have yet to hear back, left various messages and emails. I keep getting mailbox is full message.
This is a very old Condo building that they're trying to Breathe new life into. Stuff to the gills with Johns Hopkins University students
Very nice place used to work there and the college kids was good to get along with
