I have used the Center for several services: massage, chiropractor and acupuncture and received wonderful care. Highly recommend.

Very bad customer service! They didn't inform me that my appointment was canceled. When I arrived, they said that had called twice and I hadn't answer, while I always write "no calls, text only" on all forms I have to fill in. They said they cannot do texts. I don't care, really. All I know that patients should be informed if the clinic cancels their appointments. If your system cannot do texts while it should, you just use your personal phone. It's easy.

I was expecting so much more! The staff was not overly friendly and don't look healthy or vibrant, there was a bad smell and the whole environment does not give a "wellness" vibe. The doctor I saw was nice at first, but then got a bit upset when I didn't want to take pills I went there because I hate pill-pushing doctors!!. I am so disappointed in my experience there!! I was really hoping for quality care for once.

This place is truly amazing. I truly believe that the incoporation of Western and eastern medicine is the way to go. As someone who has had various health issues to live with, this place helped me to feel better. I saw Dr. Parada spelling? And she is amazing. The doctors here discuss areas of your health that other Dr's and clinics fail to do. It's about getting better and not just giving you pills to mask symptoms.

Disappointed. Incredibly so! I'm on a natural desiccated thyroid and needed a doctor to work with me regarding my labs and dosage. She immediately wanted to put down my choice and made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about nor what I know about my own body! I will not be back. This is NOT an integrative or functional doctor!

I've had several acupuncture appointments for various conditions and I've always had a wonderful success rate at this clinic and I've never had a bad experience. The staff is kind, the practitioners are very good.

The interactions with professionals at the Center were very positive and the massage therapy was very helpful. I will continue to go to the UNM Center for Life.
