The Department of Recreation and Intramural Sports provides educational opportunities that meet the diverse recreational, fitness and wellness needs of our students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community.

INTRAMURAL SPORTS
Intramural sports provide exciting opportunities for UNO students, faculty/staff, and alumni to engage in a variety of sports. Some of the sports include: Basketball, Flag Football, Table Tennis, Softball, and Volleyball.
CLUB SPORTS
Club Sports are designed to bring both men and women with common interests together. All club sports are organized by students (under RIS supervision) and provide recreational and competitive programming. Club Sports include Rugby, Karate, Sailing, and more.
