I waited for five minutes at the front. I made eye contact with two employees and no one came to help me. All I said was hi, still nothing. Judging from the rest of the reviews, I am not surprised. I just wanted to support a neighborhood business. Oh well.

Their service is great and their attention to detail is awesome.

I chose to go to Up Do Date because it’s been around for a century, and I can see why. The sweet ladies at the front are so kind and helpful, and they made sure my alteration was exactly the way I wanted it. They do all of their cleaning and alterations on site, so I know exactly where my things are going. Highly highly recommend!

I've used this place for a year after having enjoyed a previous dry cleaner near where i used to live. In spite of the higher expectations they've always had my clothes done on time; even expedited when need be, and have done a good job at getting the stains out that I've noted to them. What more can you ask for?

Very sweet and helpful staff, but a little pricey. I guess it’s somewhat expected to pay more in the city though. We know we can count on them when I bring in shirts last minute and need a rush order for dry cleaning.
