They will have you wait 30 mins in line then it takes 15 mins to sign in for a dog and to top it all off, they'll make you wait another 15 to 20 mins for a staff member to come and get your dog. What a big fat wait of time. They get paid to be there and I'm paying to be there, go figure.

So far so good, haven't had my repair done yet. I was able to get an estimate without an appointment and the people there were friendly and helpful. Good that they are an authorized repairer for my vehicles and a USAA repair shop.

Accident repair estimators are fast and efficient.  Office is friendly and non threatening.
