Nice place, great staff, fun course. A couple of holes double back and the tee boxes are a little narrow, but we'll be back. Still a nice and easy course to play.
Fairways are good. Green quality is also awesome. Staffs are kind, course well maintained and fun-location is good too. Highly recommended this course. Can’t wait to come back.
Played for the first time today and broke par shot 69 from the tips, which isn't saying much because it's not a difficult course in terms of length, but it's tight and a fun track. A hidden gem for sure. Beautiful property, nicely manicured all around, exceptional greens, good fairways and rough, not-so-nice sand traps don't go in them and tee boxes are ok. No driving range but I played well despite because spent more time on the practicing putting and chipping. The restaurant/bar is very nice. Food was amazingly good and the two gals working there were lovely, friendly and very attentive. I will definitely be back - Tom
My daughter and I love having lunch at the Upland Hills Country Club! They have the best food and drinks and great service in a beautiful and serene atmosphere! Looking forward to our next meeting there soon!
10 out of 10 do not recommend!! Rocks all over the bunkers grass was soaked and tons of pine needles in the green and sprinklers on In eight in the morning for every hole. But it is a very pretty course
Located just east of N Campus Avenue, the entrance is off of Upland Hills Drive North. Upland Hills Country Club is an 18-hole course with a portion of the holes north of E 16th Street and a portion below E 16th Street. The cart path goes under E 16th Street which is pretty cool. I golfed on a weekend and the green fees were reasonable. There's been a lot of rain and cold weather recently, but even with the cold/rainy weather the course was in good shape. The greens were well drained and in perfect condition. The carts are GPS equipped and are bluetooth speaker enabled, so connect your phone and be your own DJ. Lastly, the course has a "19th" hole called 1906 inc. As you approach the 9th hole, you can phone in your order and pick it up at 1906 before heading to the 10th. 1906 has a burger, sandwich, burrito, and salads available as well as a bar with mixed drinks, draft and canned beer, and non-alcoholic beverages too. Overall, this was a fun course to play, I'd definitely come back here again.
I went in to complete an application and mid way through the female manager walked up and started talking to the bar tender who gave me the application then walked up to me and and said they aren’t hiring, stopped me from completing my application and said they’ll keep my information on file. Not acceptable.
Absolutely subpar golf course. Main office is under construction. Dress code and "manners" are heavily enforced as if the course were a 5 star spot. If you aren't within code they might force you to buy proper golf attire on spot... as a way to make more profits. It was my first time golfing and I kept missing the ball. I was getting embarrassed and nervous so I just started laughing and I was later reprimanded because apparently it's not proper golf manners even though I was initially told that I can just play for fun and that it's not serious. Also our golf cart was very dirty. Lots of dead leaves in the cart; if they want players to follow proper rules then they should be able to provide a beautiful and clean environment for their guests. The lawn is not well kept; the rough is literally rough. If you'd like to have even an ounce of fun while actually enjoying nice scenery I'd suggest going anywhere else. This dumpster fire will most likely shutdown in a couple years. I'd suggest you support a better country club that will actually put your enjoyment over their superficial rules and regulations. Not to mention they don't take any previous groupons!
Beautiful scenery and amazing green quality. Customer service is great too! Definitely will come back.
