Tim was professional, knowledgeable, and relates well with customers. He immediately diagnosed problems with my kitchen sink and toilet. He immediately fixed the toilet and ordered a part that was needed for the sink. Expert Plummer. Great company. Highly recommend them - you will not be disappointed with their service, especially if Tim is sent out!

The service manager Casey provided excellent service. We had an urgent need with an ejection pit failure. He accommodated his schedule in order to get it fixed as quick as possible. When issues arose he was quick to adjust and make necessary corrections. A pleasure to work with.

UPP was assigned as the contractor for a warranty replacement for our water heater. Casey manages the team and was exceptionally patient towards an obviously impatient customer. He helped navigate challenges with our warranty company and got us scheduled in on the same day. The real MVPs though are the hard workers led by Jeff. Jeff came by and was knowledgable, patient with my questions, and did the job in under the time he said it would take. He kept the area clean. He also mentioned how much he liked working for Casey. This type of a positive relationship between teams shows that they're doing something right. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Had a leak at the Water Heater and contacted my home warranty company. Set up with UPP and within half a day, it was scheduled. Jeff was able to diagnose the issue and start the warranty process. After Home warranty approval, there was a balance I had to pay on top of deductible. Instead of waiting for payment and waiting on warranty to finalize, Jeff told me he will start the work and came back with new Water Heater and other needed parts. After about 2-3 hours, everything was operational and invoice of remaining balance was finalized. Amazing work and refreshing to be treated as a priority to get the ball rolling, instead of the standard operating procedure that a lot of companies use now to delay work, make excuses as to why they can't. Will recommend and use them again!

The employee that was driving this company van this morning was driving reckless. He/ him, she/ her, they/ them rudely cut me off while we was on the highway in bumper-to-bumper traffic. One of the fastest ways to run a business out of business is auto accident lawsuits. I don’t know what pronoun to use due to the illegal window tint.

These guys are great all around! My home warranty has sent them out twice in the last month faucet and toilet issues. They typically come out within a day, and have been on time. Tim is very knowledgeable and has worked quickly and efficiently. Will certainly use them in the future even for projects not covered by warranty

Unlimited Plumbing and Piping LLC is EXCEPTIONAL! I was referred to this company by my home warranty company. Initially a different company came out to inspect my hot water heater that was thought to be leaking. The company said that it needed to be replaced and was going to charge me an additional $1,000 outside of the home warranty coverage. Mike from Unlimited Plumbing and Piping came thereafter to inspect my hot water heater. He determined that the hot water heater was not leaking and that the water from my AC unit which normally goes down the drain was backing up to the hot water heater pan as a result of the drain pipe being clogged. Mike was highly professional and his years of expertise and knowledge resulted in him determining the real problem. His correct diagnosis saved me and the home warranty company money. I definitely and highly recommend this company for service and certainly Mike the service technician!
