Dr. Archibald might be the best physician I've ever had. She is incredibly thorough and takes care of the whole patient in such a friendly and calming manner. I trust her completely and feel incredibly safe in her care. She's brilliant, yet humble. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing provider
I was a patient of Dr. Archibald and I would not recommend her to anyone. She was made aware that I have an eating disorder and time after time has made insensitive and inappropriate comments about my weight. I would leave her office feeling so triggered and upset. Aside from that, I don’t trust her opinion as a doctor. She threw in her two cents, unsolicited, on a condition she wasn’t even treating and doesn’t generally treat. She gave me bad advice, confirmed by my doctor who was treating that condition. Seriously, who does that? I have an appointment today with a new gynecologist at a different practice, and I am having anxiety that the new doctor will be like Dr. Archibald. There are much better, kinder, more compassionate doctors out there!
Dr Archibald is the best. Both professional and personable. The front desk is great and I am always seen on time!
Clean office and great doctor. Wonderful staff the MA who drew my blood was great.
Terrible customer service. I missed an appointment because I had COVID, and was yelled at on the phone by the receptionist. Don’t waste your time or money.
Everyone is amazing. Dr. Wells is fantastic !
