Upper Westside Chiropractic: Dr. Jamie Blau, DC

Each time I see Dr. Blau I leave feeling lighter, as if I was carrying a great tension that has somehow been relieved. I went to see her initially because of lower back pain. Thanks to the reviews here, I had a feeling that this was the place I would be taken care of in the best way possible. And that feeling was proved absolutely right. Dr. Blau is warm and kind and so reassuring that I felt right away I was in excellent hands. She explains what she is doing and makes sure that I'm comfortable at every step, during every turn of the adjustment. I made the (easy) decision during my first time there to come back to her for regular visits and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Blau helps keep my often-ignored spine at its best. Whatever problems may have come up since the last visit, she helps take care of them. And it makes a big difference to the body to be worked upon by someone like her who cares, who sees and acknowledges the person, beyond just the patient—which I find a necessary and rare thing to encounter these days. It makes the entire experience refreshing and relaxing. Just wonderful. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

I saw several doctors/medical professionals for an undiagnosed pain in back of my legs that kept getting worse - no one able to help. Jamie knew what it was got rid of the pain within 3 sessions. What a huge relief!

The care Dr. Blau provides is exceptional. I never feel like a number when I show up. Some chiropractors just adjust you and it's over. She will take as much time as you need to make sure you leave feeling great.

Jamie is a very caring and insightful chiropractor who does NOT toss any nonsense at you. She is a breath of fresh air in a world of pseudo-medical smog. She treats your problems directly and thoroughly. Especially good with necks and knees!
