UPS Customer Center

The staff was helpful , there were no lines to wait on and I received my package within 5 minutes. I found out that this UPS location covers,the 10039 area in Manhattan. A very important package....my son's Tommy Hilfiger School Uniforms.

If this UPS center served other zip codes customer's would get more respect. Things that go on should not be allowed to happen.

Came here and the guy said come back at 3pm. Lets see if they take packages again at 3pm. Even their hrs of operation is from 10am-6pm. It’s 2:51pm. Yes another guy took my package. Drop off transaction was smooth. Got my receipt, and got outta there.

I like this customer Center. The employees are friendly and courteous. They will retrieve your package if it's available. If not, they will call you when it will be deliver so you can pick it up. You can drop off your packages without any hassles.

The guy at the counter was very pleasant.

Service was quick and friendly. Due to covid-19 only 2 customers allowed inside at a time.
