The ladies here are professional, and they know their stuff. Now, if you don't come here very often, then you probably haven't had a chance to meet the Lady at the computer on the right. At first, she may seem a little short. Quit judging. She is efficient! This lady knows her stuff. She can give you real answers and solutions whether you like them or not thar nobody on the phone can. Everybody else in this office is phenomenal, and they have the Queen of UPS to learn from. As a result, it is always better to go to this office for answers and pick ups.
Unusually bad experience today... I'll be back though, not going to let 1 experience change my mind about the usually outstanding service. Their phone support could definitely use a makeover, however when I finally got to the 2nd & 3rd reps, I received the most excellent customer service, then when I went to pick up my package I paid extra to pick up, they had already put it in the system to be delivered tomorrow so I'll be back in the morning to see if I can get it before they leave so I can be true to my word with my client.
I haven't had the best experience at this location since I started shipping items in December. Why do I need to call the 800 number or flag down a driver to get several of the clear self adhesive label sleeves that stick to the box? Why doesn't this location keep plenty in stock? Why has the printer been down for weeks? No assistance if you don't already have a preprinted label when you walk in the door. Around 8:40 AM a few weeks ago a gentleman and I were told that we shouldn't expect someone to be there at 8:30 in the morning like the sign says. Why have your hours posted if you aren't available when they say you are?!?! Trash has been scattered all over this property for several months and it looks terrible.
The question is…how long are you going to keep the rude and condescending older lady working there? Today, she says to me, “I’m going to start locking the door when I see you coming.” She has consistently given me and my family a hard time when bringing packages in. We give UPS a lot of business. She sets limits on the amount of packages we can bring in and we have witnessed her being rude to numerous customers. I just don’t understand why of all people you continue to have her working with the public. Oh and her shirt last week said If you don’t pay my bills, shut up!. So unprofessional. Do better UPS.
Worst experience ever! We shipped a package with valuable items in. We packed with styrofoam box in triple taped heavy duty boxes. Put "this side up" label and recipient's number on the box. The driver just ignored everything and discarded the package with no notice, no notification... It has caused her huge damage.
I don't know why they have a customer center that's rarely open when you need it…. They are nice people, but that is about it…. I had to drive all the way to Garner's Ferry Rd where they actually had responsible, quick, and knowledgeable people who even show up EARLY -. wow!
Not only one but two of my packages were not delivered to me on Thursday but the tracking say it was. I understand mistakes happen but when dealing with people packages they need to pay close attention to the address. That was over $100 worth of merchandise I didn't receive!
If I could give a zero star, I would… never had such a horrible customer service ever in our lives! We lost our shipment due to human stupidity and ignorance ! I pray that there will be better shipping company replacing UPS soon!! It is a shame they are in business and trashing people’s properties.
I didnt have an issue becuase I was returning an item and had a prepaid packing slip. The customer beside me was trying to pay for his shippment and they informed him they only shipped items that were prepaid, or if you have an accout. They do not take currency payments in the store.
Be careful with shipping through UPS i ordered a package about 2 weeks ago and my package was supposed to be delivered on 3 separate days and never came, now it says they dont know when it will be delivered so instead of waiting who knows how long I have to pay an additional $8 to pick it up. This is ridiculous!
