Upstairs Downstairs Antiques opened its doors in 1992 on Charles Street in Boston's most historic disctrict - Beacon Hill. With five uniquely decorated rooms that change frequently, the shop is bigger than it looks from the street. Our furniture styles span three centuries including Federal, Americana, Asian, Country Cottage, Shabby Chic, Art Deco and Mid-Century Modern. We offer a true eclectic mix, combining old with new. Works by local artists are featured, including Robert Douglas Hunter, John Young, Shelly Eager & Jane Causey.
You'll find a wide range of lovely antique, vintage and sometimes new home furnishings and decorative objects, china, stemware, silverplate & sterling silver.
