Upstate Birth - Childbirth Education Services

I reluctantly joined a birthing class my wife wanted me to take with her, and trudged into the first class. after that first class I was hooked, I learned so much and loved the laid back setting. Each class was over before I knew it, and I loved Mary's teaching style and personality. I would take this class again should we ever have another child, or maybe just for fun. VERY informative, VERY unique, and a VERY good investment.

My husband and I took Mary's class before we had our first child. To say this class is comprehensive is an understatement. It was fun and interactive too! We gained so much knowledge. (And thank God we got material to review with since I'm forgetful) We were truly able to make informed decisions and realize the pros and cons of each one. It also helps to know that Mary practices what she preaches. And I am still learning from her. Thank you Mary 😊

I can't put into words how extremely beneficial it was taking Mary's birthing class! With my first born I did not take any classss and it showed. I was at the mercy of my doctors and nurses and though they are highly trained I would say in a nice way I was pushed into doing things without explanation or alternatives. With my second my husband and I felt confident and educated! If you want to feel prepared for your birth and have an empowering birth experience I highly recommend taking this birth class!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Mary is a blessing to so many! Her knowledge she brings into the classes is mind blowing. My husband and I definitely enjoyed being educated for the well being of our son.

Such a great class. Mary is extremely knowledgeable and well informed of best practices. The 10 weeks flew by and we feel so much more prepared now for what is ahead! Thank you Mary!
