Story

Upstate Family Transport is a provider of low cost, luxury bus transportation. We currently provide round-trip service from New York City, Binghamton, Elmira, Kingston, Albany and Oneonta New York to myriad New York State correctional facilities and United States Federal Prisons. Unlike other smaller van and shuttle bus services in New York, our service is owned and operated by people who know first-hand what it feels like to have incarcerated loved ones. This service is designed to provide a convenient, low cost and safe method of transportation for families and friends of inmates. As part of our commitment to affordability, you’ll notice that our prices are as much as $15 or $20 cheaper than other companies who provide a similar service and that we offer a myriad of discounts and incentives to reward our customers for their loyalty. Queens: The corner of Sutphin Boulevard and Archer Avenue across from the Long Island Railroad Jamaica Station in front of Duane Read Pharmacy.

Bronx: 2087 Third Avenue (Corner of Third Avenue & 149th Street in front of the 24 hour McDonalds).

Manhattan: The corner of 125th street and Park Avenue under the Metro-North Railroad and directly in front of Popeye’s Chicken.
