Loved getting my eyebrows done here and absolutely loved the yoga classes they had available. So many classes are offered and I'm sad I didn't have time to do every single one of them!! Fantastic facility and fantastic staff. Very decent change from other gyms in town. Smoothies at the front desk were the BEST!!
Love it! I really enjoyed yoga with Kerry and core strength with Nathon! I also greatly appreciated the efficiency in using the app to select and sign up for classes. The new location is clean and functional with lots of effective features. Equipment is new and well organized.
This is really a great gym. Between the yoga and CrossFit classes, you more than get your money's worth. Plus you have the entire to gym to use outside of the classes. Great value and it's run by great people.
Awesome gym that has everything! So many great classes- I especially enjoyed the yoga and Crossfit all under one roof! Highly recommend!
Nice, new equipment. Clean bathrooms and showers. Never crowded. Plenty of open space for floor exercises. Free lemon water. Lots of TVs for the treadmill operators. TRX stations. Classes.
This is a really extraordinary facility. It's pretty much a mini YMCA. Classes left and right and a great gym! I recommend anybody that just needs a pump or just wants to kill time productively. Go here!
