Do not live here. There are cockroaches in my kitchen - they have been spraying once a week to try to get rid of them for 2 months now. I was told by the leasing office that bugs are apart of the normal here.
Maintenance staff here is amazing my boyfriend and I have had major A/C problems for over two years with old leasing office. Zchaun the new maintenance manager installed an entire brand new unit within first month of him being here. It’s been freezing ever since :
Uptown Gardens is a one-of-a-kind community! I love its charm in Uptown and the landscaping is unlike anything you'll see in the area. The apartments are spacious and offer unique layouts. I love that some of the floorplans offer fireplaces, as most do not anymore! It just feels like home!
Great place to live. Convenient to shopping and uptown amenities. I have enjoyed living at the Uptown Gardens for the last 3 years. The gym, pool and space is great!
