Uptown Pediatrics, PC

I visited them last week for a prenatal visit. When I arrived at the reception desk, they said they charge $50 for the visit and asked me if I still want to see the doctor, only after I took a day off at work and cabbed uptown for 30+ blocks. They could have informed me about that fee when I made a reservation. Also, I’ve done couple of prenatal visits to other pediatrics, including different mout sainai affiliated ones, and never ever asked for such fee for speaking to a doctor for 10 min. Their prenatal visit was very informal and was not differentiated from other places at all. It was just talking to a doc for less than 10 min. I am just mad that they can bully patients so easily like that. Having that kind of policy and mindset, I doubt they really care about their patients’ health and wellbeing. For that reason, I strongly recommend avoiding that place for future moms.

We Absolutely LOVE Uptown Pediatrics . The Front Desk Women Are Fantastic, Especially Reyma . Every time I Call Or Come I’m With My 4 Children They Are Polite, Helpful And Amazing . Dr . Cerrasoli and Dr. Alpert Are My / Children’s All Time Favorite Doctors. The Appointments Are Always Done On - Time And They Are Extremely Professional. We Have Been Patients At Uptown Pediatrics For Over 6 Years And We Would Never Want Any Other Clinic For Our Children. If You Want Reliability , Honesty and The Best Care For Your Child Then Take Your Child To Uptown Pediatrics. Also , I Do Not Live Nearby , We Trave Over An Hour To Get There And Always Will . We Love Uptown Pediatrics .

Worst administrative staff of any New York pediatric practice and doctors are mediocre on a good day. They regularly fail to send prescriptions correctly for urgent prescriptions, are rude and completely unresponsive. Save yourself the time and go with a more professional and competent medical practice.

Dr. Alpert is warm, honest, detailed and an expert in her field. She listens to us and brings a lot of calm to the new world of parenting. The nurses are also exemplary overall great doctors and nurses.

We've been with the practice for over 20 years. They have treated and cared for my 2 boys in the most professional, loving way!! Dr. Cammerman is our Dr., but we've seen all of the Dr''s over the years when we had sick visits or emergencies. They leave no stone unturned, and I can't express enough how wonderful these Doctors and staff are!
