I have only been going here a few months but Dr. Lindsay, and absolutely everyone else is amazing! They have helped watch/entertain my 2 yr old while I’m getting worked on, they are the sweetest & most patient group of employees nobody likes the dentist; they make it very pleasant definitely recommend for quality dental care.

This place is great I have been coming here all year, for my cleanings and also to get my cavities repaired. Uptown Premier Dental makes you feel comfortable and at ease while getting treatment.

Always great. Always quick, courteous. Office staff are kind and friendly and efficient. Dr. Lindsay and Hillary are always a joy to work with. Overall, very positive experience. ****UPDATE **** Had some work done 2.21.23. Hillary and Dr. Lindsay were doing the work. I told them I needed to update my review. These two are very friendly, courteous, personable, and an absolute hoot!! Their humor helps to make an unpleasant procedure more bearable. We drive about an hour to get to this office and it is well worth it. Thanks to the entire staff for a pleasant encounter.

Uptown premier dental is best I've ever seen the people there are the greatest they make you feel like family doing the visit If you looking for a great dentist check them out.

Very misleading overall and not very kind when you ask questions about your ‘treatment plan’ I feel I received services that were not medically necessary and I hate the way my fillings turned out, not shaped to my bite at all. They give free services to customers for the positive reviews.

I have a REAL FEAR of dentists. I was traumatized at 19 by one and I haven’t seen one since! Needless to say, my mouth is now in need of help. The staff was amazing and Dr. Lindsay was as well. They understood my situation, they weren’t judgmental, very professional and informative. I didn’t have anything other than a consult done at my first visit but they way I was treated, curved my fear enough to go back and have what I need done, done. I feel as though I can trust this office with my care and my emotions. This will be my new dentist office for sure!

I have been seen in this practice for the past 34 years and can readily and with no reservations recommended the great experiences here. Their front end staff, dental staff and dentists are all professional, friendly, cheerful and go the extra mile to make sure everything is well managed. I have never been turned away from anything I needed. I have seen negative reviewers on other sites with various complaints. I do not have any objective way to understand their complaints, so I cannot “invalidate” them. However, I have posted “opposing” reviews as a longtime patient of the practice. These other reviews also claim the employees are unhappy and underpaid. I know that many of these staff members actually carpool together from over 65 miles away to work each day they are open. Sound like an unhappy staff? No, it doesn’t. I think that more than a few people already have fears of visiting the dentist, and the mere fact they are having to go or have waited toooooo long to go, exacerbates their issues. Again, just trying to provide a rational for their complaints. I myself live in South Carolina, and have plenty of dentists to choose from where I am residing. Yet, I take the extra time to drive into downtown Charlotte to get the kind of continuing dental care that I will ALWAYS expect from this practice.

I absolutely LOVE this dental practice!!!!! They have provided a variety of services over many years - ALL that I would rate as EXCELLENT!!!! Heather - the hygienist - recently cleaned my teeth and maintained her flawless focus on customer service. She was compassionate, professional, thorough and time conscious. She was patient with my idiosyncrasies and was not bothered by them. Heather is only ONE example of the professionals in this office. Because they have consistently rendered quality services, I have continued to return to them - even when I moved away from the uptown area. I am so satisfied with this group that I simply CANNOT imagine going anyplace else for dental services.

Uptown Premier, and Dr Lindsey were phenomenal. They were able to schedule my appointment immediately. Additionally, their customer service, both prior to my appointment, as well as in-person was top-notch. Dr. Lindsey was very articulate, and thorough and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend!
