We live in Homewood but came to this location for a birthday party. My son enjoys all the offered activities. Now some of the equipment is duct taped...but for the most part he enjoys himself. This is a kids playground/wonderland for athletics & social skills building. This is clean, has more opportunities for the kids to exercise & practice athletics skills in a safe monitored environment while learning new skills. Great for kids. Good for birthday parties , or for celebrating good grades or just to let them get a little "me" time. Like women love spas, & men love a good wing joint & cold brew, kids love obstacle courses & trying new things. Everyone needs their hangout, let your kids fall in love with this one!!!

Brought our 16 month old Granddaughter and she Loved it, but a LOT of 9-12 kids boys & girls running and nearly hitting her Multiple Times! Parents are Absent, so older kids were playing in the Under 5/Under 7 area, so she could hardly play before the older kids were knocking her over or running into her, jumping and not paying attention to the other kids & making it hard to enjoy our time. The employees tried to get them in line but the kids didn't listen to them or care about anything other than themselves.

Urban air is definitely one of the best places for a Birthday party and suitable for all ages.

Urban Air Trussville was the perfect place for my son’s birthday party. Our party host Niya was so sweet and helpful. The park is clean and they have better attractions than some of the other trampoline parks. The party room was very spacious too so it made it easy to decorate! Would like to start off by saying, our hostess Jamarie was great! It's the first impression of the young lady that was at the front desk. Attitude as if she didn't want to be there. After that "wonderful experience ", we were told to go to the "Orange wall". We arranged a table for 5, we went to the orange wall area, didn't know which table was ours, no one to meet us or guide us. We waited 5/10 minutes, no one should up. We rented the space from 12noon to 2pm 2 hours, was told everything will be ready 15min prior to the reservation. I had to return and speak to Mrs. Attitude about what should we do and if we just choose any table? She acted as if she just finished working out for hours, looked over to the orange wall, dragged her feet to look for someone. When she finally found someone, they said, we have another one???? Oh my, where's the communication? Needless to say, our hostess came in apologetic. Got the socks, bans and we were setup by 1215/1220. We arranged the pizza to be ready at 130pm which they were spot on with the time. As we were preparing to leave, we return to Mrs. Attitude to close out the tab. We paid $81 the day prior that was to be subtracted from the balance of $124 +tax and tip. Tell me why we got charged $308.40 including the credit? So you already know how Mrs. Attitude was going to take this.... 30min later a manager takes care of the situation with a lot of back and forward. Needless to say, we may go to another location next time.

I had reservations for a birthday party here. I scheduled everything online, and everything was prepared before we arrived. It’s expensive, especially if you invest in the packages with more activities. However, my kids had a great time with the basic package. I would probably purchase this package again if my kids expressed they wanted another party here.
