The Food was great and Delicious Cooked to Near perfection. A little waiting on Specialty Steaks and Meats but well worth the wait. The staff is vey courteous and very friendly made me feel welcomed great feeling .
Bar Service: to: Charles Robinson because: Of this young man’s incredible display of product knowledge, ability to distinguish regions in which products derive and last but not least, a customer Service experience that is unmatchedl Great service!
Long wait time. Waiter forgot to give me a napkin. The food was ok. This place is understaffed. 1 waiter for the bar and all of the tables.
Better off at McDonald’s. Breakfast is dry and the hash browns are dehydrated. Security is a problem since the room cards don’t work. This is a motel 8 restaurant and hotel
Your restaurant is bad and you should feel bad. Nobody of our party of 6 enjoyed their food. Burgers were burnt and dry. French onion soup did not have croutons and was salty as hell. Food took 45+ minutes to arrive. Prices were pretty high as well. Save your time, money, and appetite and go somewhere else.
Took about an hour to get the food, but the staff was friendly at least. Would have been different if they were slammed but only five tables had people. Pasta fungi was decent - salmon was overcooked and tasted like spiced rubber. Tried to order meatloaf but they were out. At the end tried to order the creme brûlée but they only had one of the three dessert options available. Then it took a long time just to pay! Overall I rate this place very over priced, understaffed, and would not recommend eat here at all other than for the fact it is convenient if you are staying at the hotel.
Food was some lower quality ingredients dressed up or accompanied with higher quality ingredients. So for the price, taste and qualityof the food is fair. The restaurant is grossly understaffed in the morning. With the performance on the weekend much worse than during the week. For example there is one waitress, and you will see her attempting to service all the tables, buss tables and keep half and half stocked. Your service will be faster if you are just charging your food to the room, but if you need a receipt or spilt the bill for corporate accounting expect to add 20 to 40 minutes onto your time for them to bring you a spilt bill, come back for the credit card, and return for the receipt.
We had a large party for dinner with just over an hour's notice. They accommodated us and we had a great experience!! The food was delicious, especially the crab cakes and creme brulee. The BEST part, though, was our server, Artese. I have very rarely met anyone so courteous, hardworking, thoughtful or friendly. I'm not from the area but if I were I would absolutely be back here just to sit at one of his tables. Artese and his positivity were definitely the highlight of our meal!!!
Dinner was alright but breakfast was awful. The "hot" food on the buffet was always cold, fruit was either not ripe or overripe, and the waffle batter machine just spit out water. I know you shouldn't expect much at a hotel restaurant but Shoneys can keep their food hot and costs a lot less
I have been sitting in this restaurant for over 45 minutes and am watching all of the customers look confused over why they are waiting on service. There are maybe 10 tables and 3 servers! Plus most of the people are getting the buffet which, mind you has it's own person taking care of it. This isn't rocket science people! Management needs to step in here and do SOMETHING!
