I loved working with Urban Clarity! Our first session organizing and decluttering our common spaces was so helpful that I had Jessica come back to do my office and bathroom. The team was very communicative before, during and after and I appreciated all of their help sourcing storage solutions so I didn't have to worry about it. I'd definitely work with them again!
Massive, massive fan of Urban Clarity over here. This team is deeply skilled, empathetic, supportive and resourceful. They have helped me manage a move declutter, organize, prep for packing, unpack, organize. They have helped readjust my house and systems after new babies, changing over for the seasons, and as the kiddos grow up and their stuff/needs change. Most importantly, they have helped make my home more functional, livable and peaceful. An investment in Urban Clarity will reap dividends!

Urban Clarity stands out as the best overall in all categories: Customer Service, efficiency, qualified people with excellent personalities, problem solving & trouble shooting, etc. They are a dynamic, fantastic company and I refer them frequently. I cannot recommend them enough for moves, organization, and de-cluttering.
The Urban Charity team was amazing - especially Julie. And the Roadway guys did an amazing job especially the head man , even though held up by traffic diversions caused by the UN being in session. My only “complaint"? Now my disorganized brain has to learn to handle the team’s orderly organization and arrangement of my things! I lucked out by selecting Urban Charity to help me with my downsizing and move. Special thanks to Aleka, who was always a pleasure to work with.
It was a big, complicated move, but the team from Urban Clarity made it seem simple. With their help, my new place felt like a home a fully unpacked, thoughtfully arranged, and better organized home within a day.
Urban Clarity made it so easy to organize a remote move from New York to Texas. I had put my belongings in storage during the pandemic and they were able to plan and oversee the movers at the storage facility to make sure everything was being packed and moved correctly. They are super reliable and responsive. I would highly recommend Urban Clarity for anyone looking to have help during their move, they are great!
Urban Clarity have saved my sanity 3 times now! Every team member that has come through the doors has been kind, optimistic, extremely efficient, patient, compassionate, nonjudgmental and incredibly skilled. They come to your house and listen to your needs and make a game plan with you and you can be as involved or uninvolved as you wish. They detangle all the clutter into 'like' piles so you can easily see what you have and decide what to keep, what to donate and what to throw away and then they will put everything away in organized, practical and logical places. AND they will take all your old donations to goodwill or the like for you! My only regret is not hiring them sooner!!!
Moving is always such a headache but Mary + Kenny helped us get situated and organized in just a few hours. It's only been a few days and we already feel at home!
I had a great experience with Annie, the organizer sent over by Urban Clarity. She was punctual, efficient and pleasant to be around. We spent every minute of the four hours going through and organizing items. I didn't have a massive requirement that I couldn't have done on my own but with Urban Clarity, it actually got done! She found a "home" for everything and inspired me to keep up the de-cluttering work. I actually have some empty shelves now which is basically unheard of in a Brooklyn apt. I would definitely hire her again to help me with my next project.
We had a great experience with Urban Clarity. The organizer was patient with my husband who was not happy about having to tackle a very big project. She put him at ease and was incredibly efficient! I can't believe how much was accomplished in a few short hours. I know that we will work with Urban Clarity again, and I highly recommend them!
