Urban Cookies in Phoenix has been my go to sweetshop for the past few years! They staff here is always amazing and their baked goods are incredible! I try to pop in once a week to get goodies for my staff, and having several staff members who have food allergies or dietary preferences, Urban Cookies has been able to accommodate all of those! Definitely will be coming back to Urban Cookies! Dietary restrictions: Urban Cookies offers a variety of gluten free and Vegan options! And they are so good you can’t tell the difference
I buy cookies here all the time for clients! Local delicious family owned bake shop doing things right. Fresh baked goods every day, unreal cupcakes, and super good cakes too! Everyone there is friendly, service is speedy as you'd hope, and the shop is always SPOTLESS and well decorated. Repeat customer for life.
The place is so cute, there are many different choices of cookies and cupcakes. The staff is so friendly. Kendall is the beeeesst employee. She helped me with choosing the most delicious flavors is the shop 10/10 Food: 5/5
I am not a fan of the chains selling large cookies with weekly rotating flavors. To me they are underwhelming and while the pictures look great on social media, they all seem to taste the same and have a similar texture. I am happy to find that there is a true cookie artisan close to home. My recent visit to Urban Cookies in Scottsdale was a very positive experience. Stepping inside, the aroma of freshly baked goodness instantly hit me, and the display case overflowing with a variety of cookie flavors was a feast for the eyes. I opted for a dozen with flavors such as Cowboy, Milk and Dark Chocolate Chip,Pineapple Coconut, Peanut Butter, Oatmeal Almond Raisin and Lemon Pistachio. The dough was soft and chewy, and each flavor tasted unique along with a perfect harmony of textures and tastes. I will be back for more cookies and to try the delicious looking cupcakes.
Urban Cookies catered the opening of my business and they were one of the most talked about things at our party! Everyone adored the cookies and continued to talk about them throughout the next week. Wow- talk about a cookie shop! As a baked goods devotee, I was delighted to stop in her and grab some cookies for the road. They are really special, soft and rich, not overly sweet, well flavored with add ons like pistachio, lemon, and prickly pear. I may have to stop in once more before I head out of Phoenix…Food: 5/5
This is the only place to get the best cupcakes in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. The customer service is good. The cupcakes are delicious. They do not have red velvet cupcakes. I ordered the Brown Velvet, Chocolate, and Chocolate Salted Caramel cupcakes. The Brown Velvet is a rich chocolate cupcake. Chocolate is chocolate. Chocolate Salted Caramel is a chocolate cupcake with salted caramel icing. I recommend ordering all three. This bakeshop does not offer 4 pack, 6 pack, or 12 pack pricing. All cupcakes are individually priced. I recommend this bakeshop at this location.
I am not really a cake or cupcake person but these turned out to be the best cupcakes I’ve ever had. They are so moist and not too sweet. The icing is the best part about them too. I am one of those who always removes the icing off a cupcake before eating it so I was very surprised by how delicious their icing is. I give this place a 10/10!
This shop is more than just cookies. They have some of the best cupcakes I've ever had. I like that they feature 1-2 new cupcake flavors often. The featured cupcakes are unique and so good! I love their cookies, too! So, so good. Whenever I pass by, I have to stop and get something. I don't have a negative thing to say. I highly recommend this shop and want to encourage people to visit and buy so they stay around a long time! Parking: The shop is in a shopping mall/plaza so there's lots of parking around.
