Okay food. Some items from some stations are good, others not so much. It varies by the day. But heck, if I ever talked to customers at my restaurant job the way the employees do here at this dining hall, I would have been fired.

I wake up in the morning. The sweet smell of grease lifts me off the ground as I float towards the door. It was delicious

Freshman year I have many horrible stories within Fall quarter alone, but I'll keep it short. The soda cups were so old the blue on the Pepsi logo would stain your hands. Another: Also, during the less busy hours I was waiting in line for an employee to finish cleaning since the other was on her phone. No line behind me, not in a rush, so I wait two minutes patiently until the employee that was cleaning notices my existence. He asks if I am mentally disabled because I did not disturb him from cleaning. I cried with my terrible salad and got off the meal plan after that. Not the first rude employee I encountered either.

To put things in perspective, I've received less attitude ordering from Jim's Steaks during a lunch rush than I have from this "staff" on a dead afternoon. After navigating the headache of rude workers and a ridiculous meal swipe system, you will be one lucky soul if your long wait yields even semi-acceptable food. If you don't already have enough on your mind being a Drexel student, this place will make you cry your way back to your dorm where you will then be subject to one of the following: a terrible stomachache and crude self-reflection, or diarrhea so fresh you can almost see the remnants of the "meal" you had just ate. Avoid this place like COVID-19

I swear, some staff members here are absolutely rude and disrespectful. One time I went for a dinner, the staff member told me to hurry up my orders and later told me that I was giving attitude. The food is edible. It's not garbage but it's not something to be excited about. Just wanna say paying $2000 for Drexel dining is NOT worth the frickin $$.

Its so terribly mixed I ignite tastes decent but the wait takes forever, street fair is amazing but always seems to be closed, the pizza place Vespa I think is only good for their pizza and occasional lasagna/casserole the meats are always sitting in a pool of oil, I haven't tried the vegan place. The employees in my experience are nice if you talk to them and make conversation the only time they seem to get rude is when you ask when your food will be done as that is a terrible problem at ignite. So I will round up from the 2.5 I want to give to a 3 star

I came here for lunch with my field partner and got the chicken and waffles. I was very disappointed because right under the delicious crispy chicken crust, there was a huge mouthful of soft and white chicken skin fat. It was really gross, I tried to move on to the other pieces of chicken but I couldn’t bring myself to eat anymore. The waffle was good tho. 2 Stars for the service and ambiance

Great place. Amazing food!

Completely Terrible. Staff is unbelievably slow and rude. When I order a pizza, I often watch the staff place my finished pizza down and stop to talk to each other for minutes before the handing it to me. Seriously, they will sometimes finish your pizza and not give it to you for 5 or 10 minutes. When ordering from another place in here, I was accused of trying to steal food and was robbed of one of my meal swipes as a result. I absolutely would not eat here if my school did not force me to.

The worst staff I have ever observed working at any establishment. As soon as I walked in, I noticed four “staff” members lounging in the customer area with their feet on the furniture, gorging on food. No one was behind the counter to take my order and I felt uncomfortable approaching the “staff” members as they were stuffing their faces. In addition to the terrible staff, I noticed the floors where sticky, and the overall cleanliness of the place was terrible. I would give this place negative 5 stars if I could because of the staff and poor management. The irony though, is that the place itself is a stunning state-of-the-art facility but it’s manned by a bunch of disgusting, rude slobs.
