Urban Essentials

I will say that the variety of the options available in the showroom are acceptable however the salesman seemed annoyed when you ask or inquired about a particular product. The items on the showroom floor are overpriced but if you like the modern and contemporary style you will surely find pieces that suit your home in style. What I did like about this store is the option to order what is not available on the floor but I will not be giving my business to this company based on the unprofessionalism of the salesman. He underestimated my ability to purchase an expensive item when he saw a homosexual couple walk in the store.He must have assumed their acquired taste and pockets were better than mine. Lol

What a pleasant surprise. We were in need of several things for a new store fortunate we stopped in Urban Essentials. Met David who was very helpful in finding exactly what we wanted and needed I was thrilled to know that several of his vendors are made in America. He even went as far to have 3 items customized to our needs. Thank You Urban Essentials and David for an awesome experience. Heather and Dave P.

The sales team here are very helpful and friendly. The furniture and accessories they carry are beautiful and I wish I could purchase all of them. So sad they are going to be closing down soon.

Terrible Service. I have visited this store twice in the past month. I was shopping for furniture and comparing prices with the competing stores nearby. In both my visits , I was't even greeted by the employees. I spent a considerable amount of time walking around both floors and measuring furniture. I was never greeted or approached to see if I had any questions. From my first visit i attributed this to another couple being in the store who was working with the salesman on staff. But the second time this store was empty, and still no offer of assistance was provided.

We've been delighted with the service at Urban Essentials and the quality of their furniture. We look forward to making Urban Essentials the store for all of our furniture needs.

Terrible customer service. They are not interested in following the order to completion, just making the sale and then hoping it works out. Definitely worth it to go elsewhere.
