If you're looking for top of the line women self defense classes this is the place. Bianca is such a great instructor.

Very very nice an knowledgeable. They where so awesome with my child that has ADHD. He loved his first day an instructor. Super clean. Great location too.

Excellent place to go for both physical fitness and learning new skills.
