UMA has it all. Amazing Dance Instructors, Amazing Yoga Instructors, Amazing Movement Instructors and most importantly the vibes are always positive. I am very grateful and fortunate to have stumbled on this place. It is the light at the end of a long work day that allows myself and others to have a fun time, every time.

Vince and staff are super talented and love what they do - it shines through in all of their classes. For kids, it’s more than dance instruction... it’s learning responsibility, focus and self care. And the new adult community is amazing, especially classes for women!
