The shopping experience was great with a nice environment and all the friendly clerks

My daughter and I took a day trip to NYC and hit the boutiques and thrift shops. We di stumble into UO and we were both impressed with the selection and layout. The cashiers were friendly. I purchased giant rollerball perfume that smells amazing. Its kinds oily, so I removed the roller and apply w my finger. I may put the roller back. Anyway, its always a good vto browse and NYC proved worthwhile and easy.

Good stuff, a little expensive. I wish they would change up their inventory more often

Cute Urban Outfitters with good sale selection. Employees are nice. Wish the floors were a little less dusty.

One of my favorite Urban Outfitters, currently summer 2018 it is hidden under scaffolding. Other than that it has the best employees and I love the neighborhood.

Absolutely love this location. I frequent urban outfitters when i have time to chill or when i have a little bit of time left to before a meeting. Always have loved the curated clothing and the trend and vibe of the stores. I especially love the beauty section. I go to check out indie brands that need more recognition. Overall love the brands. This location is a must go!

super nice cashier but as i was shopping the security kept following me around and trying to catch me like if i was going to steal something! i was around the underwear section about to leave and he just came up to me as if he was going to say something.. he kept following me around. which if this hasn’t happened to you, is very uncomfortable.. i don’t think he would’ve liked if someone was following him around while shopping.. acting like he was going to rob something. not to mention, there was other people in the same area yet, he decided to just follow me. how about a talk with the security? very unfortunate for such nice workers.

Not my favorite UO, but not terrible either. Staff tries to help when u find them and ask, but they aren't really known to approach you, even pre Covid. I wish the home section was larger though. Layout at this store is often a little weird, it jist seems everything is everywhere and the men get a tiny section shared with home goods. Store is maintained and clean, so for that and brand consistency, they'll get 5 stars

Awesome store. Staff was very friendly and very helpful! Sales section could be a little better organized. Some great finds but hard to go through. Love all the items that are back from the 70's n 80's

Very small mens dept. Not worth the visit. More selection online.
